This data is a testament to the fact that there is a tremendous amount of interest in buying homes in the Chicago suburbs right now. With 58 showings and 13 offers, it's clear that buyers are clamoring for properties, and are willing to make competitive offers to secure them.
Additionally, the fact that there were offers with cash, FHA, and conventional financing, as well as appraisal gaps, escalation clauses, and inspection waivers, demonstrates that buyers are willing to be flexible and creative in order to win bidding wars.
