There are a few factors at play, including volatile interest rates and inflation, a high demand for suburban living, and a shortage of new construction.

But here's the kicker: new listings are getting upwards of 100 showing requests in the first day on the market. That's right, you read that correctly. One hundred showing requests. It's a frenzy out there, and we've never seen conditions like this before.
